Default P0120 Code"Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor 'A' Circuit."

P0120 code is defined as "Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor 'A' Circuit.". The powertrain control module (PCM) triggers this code when it detects abnormal voltage readings from one of your car's throttle position (TP) or accelerator pedal position (APP) sensors

My friends 2004 automatic coupe 98kmiles was in limp mode and sitting for about 6 months he bought it and didn't know what he was getting into. he drove it about 30 miles and he said it went into limp mode and parked it.Fast forward to a year later and I get a call to go look at the car and see whats wrong. I got a tps sensor/throttlebody code and went back home and grabbed one of my throttle bodies off of my 2004 6speed and went back switched it out and code is cleared. I took his car home and went over it and put new brakes all the way around fluids etc etc and put 700 miles on it and no problems. He drove the car about 50 miles and said that now he has no throttle at all and almost got rear ended in traffic and check engine light on. I went to his place and scanned it and got p0120 code switched out the throttle body with one from needswings and nothing changed still no throttle. Switched the pedal and still no throttle in drive. In park it slowly revs to 4k and nothing else. I have the throttle bodies off and put the ground on number 3 prong on throttle boy and the pos on 5 prong and ohm resistance is .619 at closed and when butterfly opens to 1.79 the 6 prong reads 1.76 closed to .641 open. Which I believe is correct since 5 is sensor 1 and 6 is sensor 2 for ups. I just wanna make sure the throttle bodies are good. Also The pedal sensor does any one know a way to check it besides a DRB3 Emulator? I believe there is a broken wire between the pedal and pam or the throttle body and pam. Any Ideas on how to bypass the harness just to see from the pedal to the throttle body would be great or the pedal sensor. I just dont wanna be chasing my tail. Located in Pittsburgh pa if anyone has a drb3 near me id pay ya to use it for a day? I have the service manual and out of the 3k pages I have searched and know all the pages that are concerning the p0120 code but the service manual seems to be different in the code and Service Manual states:
P0120THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR SWEEP

THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE

THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPENwTHROTTLE POSITION SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN

5-VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND

5-VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT OPEN

THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR #1 SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR #2 SIGNAL CIRCUIT

THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE
What is the route (Pedal to PCM to Throttle poistion sensor/throttlebody back to pam or pedal to pam and throttle to pam and pam back to throttle body) just curious. Ty for any ideas
