Where do I find this C200 switch ? You say under the dash. Am I supposed to pull the dash now ??

short update.

When I turn the key to Start and try to start engine then wait about 20-30 seconds, the Fan does NOT come on, however there are TWO clicks (sounds like a relay) that happen. this is repeatable

Okay, so just to be sure, you have checked for voltage at the female connection at the B1 purple wire and have no voltage when ignition switch is moved to start as well as no voltage when the key is released to the on position there is no voltage at the B2 female wire. If that statement is correct then the ignition switch is not supplling voltage to the pulse module. You want to measure the voltage of the wire going to the pulse module from the ignition switch, not the male pin on the pulse module.

The C 200 is not a switch. It is a plastic connector with male, female pins and yes it is under the dash. If you are not getting power on that purple wire when you turn the ignition switch to start you need to find out why, so yes you will need to get to both ends of that wire and find out why there is no power.

What confudes me is that you said in post #18, F1 does have power. So why isn't the starter engaged?? Makes me wonder if the ECU isn't giving the okay ( creating a ground) to start the car = SKREEM problem.

You can download the service manuals from this site under the documentation thread. the wiring diagrams are in the service manual. Perhaps that will help you

Do not give up on this. You know there is power at the ignition switch because all the instruments light when you move the switch to the first position.
You need to trace that purple wire and check both ends for continuity. Why is there no power on the purple wire at the Pulse Module? That wire comes off the start positioin on the ignition switch and runs to the Pulse Module. It should have power when you turn the switch to start at B1 and when the key is at rest at the on position there should be power at B2

The purple wire comes off the ignition switch and goes to the connector C 200. One wire from the ignition switch to C200, BUT at C200 the output side of the connector has two purple wires. One of those goes to the pulse module and the other goes to the Power Train Control Module (also called the ECU) One purple wire goes to connector C4 #25 On the ECU, the other purple wire goes to the Pulse Module. So when you move the ignition switch to "start" 12 volts should be present at both the Pulse Module B1 and at the ECU C4 purple wire #25.

You need to check for power at those two locations. You said there is no power at the female B1 connector at the pulse module. WHY ? Trace that wire from the ignition switch to C 200 and then on to the female connector at the Pulse Module.
