Gone Vertical anyone else

Most cars that have vert doors (aftermarket), look like they just do not belong on the car, not the case IMO on the Crossies. If I lived close enough to Vertical doors Inc., I would do it in a heartbeat.
Are you going to be in St Louis in June if so Im sure there will be a few coupes with vertical doors to see up close including mine. I
personally have not seen a roadster with vertical doors but I'll bet it looks awesome.

I am totally jealous right now. I wish I had the money to do this, I would in a heart beat. They would have to be like yours, however. I want the true vertical design that makes getting in easier. The Crossfire has surprisingly massive doors. This is so gorgeous, I always like seeing pictures of your crossfire, you seem to have a very conservative taste. Your car is so bold and stunning but at the same time it doesn't scream "BOY-RACER!!!" Again, this is awesome!

Personally I like the lambo doors, but there is just too much fab work involved for my taste. I hate shops doing anything but tires and I dont have the proper equipment for something like this.

I think he was talking about the "suicide door's" vs "lambo door's", where the hinge is on the back and they open from the front.

I like the idea of the doors tilting up. I love my Crossfire, but because of injuries I suffered in the military, I have little use of my lower legs. It is a bear to get out of the car when people pull in too close after I have parked. With tilt up doors, the lower, forward portion of the door is out of my way and makes ingress and egress much easier. The vendors I have seen appear to charge in the $1500 range for the hinges. Can this be done by an owner with normal mechanical ability?
