Window Trim Repaint

Cool Window Trim Repaint

The clearcoat on the silver trim around the windshield is peeling on my '05 limited coupe. I've noticed a few folks who have had theirs repainted to match the color of their car. Does anyone have an approximate cost for having the trim repainted? Still contemplating whether to keep it silver or repainted to match the car. Thanks all...

I lost my upper trim at 75mph and when I found a replacement piece I paid $75.00 to have it scuffed and repainted.

By chance did you have a windshield installed before lossing this piece? I had this happen right after Dr. Glass installed a new windshield.... the trim pieces are one time use when you pull them out it breaks the tabs DR. Glass will reuse the pieces and save your insurance comapny the money for the new replacement.... They are responsible for the loss of this I had mine replaced free of charge!

The windshield was replaced two years prior. I have two extra clips if you need them.
