I tried to cut flush. I used regular scissors. It's not a perfect cut. I had a little bit of gasket left it seems to be the 1/8. When the weather warms up. I'm thinking about trying to get a smoother cut. With a utility knife. Now that i have a template. My gasket was gone. Just bought the car in November.
