Default Bulb out indicator

Is there a list anywhere of all of the bulbs checked by the bulb out indicator light?

True, it lights up only on the failure of an external bulb or bulbs.

I agree with 180, definitely an external bulb, two weeks ago before a Cars & Coffee event the dash light appeared for the first time in 17 years! I turned all of the exterior lights and walked around the car and found 1 burned out light bulb over the license plate. I replaced the bulb and the dash warning light disappeared.

Probably one of the more logical warning lights in the instrument cluster.

My front passenger headlight bulb died on me the day before it was returned to hibernation. Of all the bulbs it had to be that one. I finally replaced the licence plate lights with the LED units. The ones I got did not snap in easily so I thought that they would be hard to get out in the future. So I filed notches in the ends that grab the edges of the metal, they just snap in snugly now and I can pull the out with my fingers.
I should have shown the setup before I installed them, no scratched paint when removing them for me.
The licence plate now looks like a theatre sign on Broadway. They do not light the dash light.
I have six on the car now, one in each of the footwells, one each side in the trunk and now two for the licence plate.
The ones in the trunk snap into the existing trunk light hole, The OEM original light in the trunk has no reflector at the rear of the body, so most of the light illuminates the are behind the trunk liner. The new lights in the trunk make it look like Showtime. I just added a matching hole on the passenger side.
The map lights are LED as well, the light comes out the end, not the side.
