Has anyone use the SEALIGHT LED light bulbs?
I ordered them and am assured by the company that will work with the XF. The new bulbs are their X5 model.
Now the question, Instead of a single tab on the unit it has 2 tabs 90% apart. I am replacing H7 bulbs with a single tab.
I called the company thinking this must be a simple question for them to answer, but no they had no idea.
So has anyone else had this issue of which tab to use to line up in the housing.

Best to add a couple of pictures so we may see exactly what your saying OR rely on the seller since it is hard to see what your referring to. If they don't reply, it might be a good indicator if you have future trouble with them in the future (IF you even get them installed). I've looked them up, you might have to compare the ones taken out comparing the base of the new ones you purchased, to see how you line them up correctly. IF they do not match correctly (cannot tell from the website) then you might have to send them back. Good luck!
OK, I will try and post pictures of the light bulb. So sorry about the size of the image. I am not that computer literate. As you can see there are 2 tabs 90 degrees apart. Should the light be mounted vertical or horizontal?
Thanks in advance.
You will note in the picture that there are 2 tabs. One would place the light in a vertical position and the other in a horizontal position.
I have changed bulbs before with regular H7 Sylvania bulbs with one tab.
The company says these are the right bulbs but do not specify proper position of the tab.
I will probably send them back.
I am desperate for more light.

I see what you mean, you are talking about the actual lamp inside the housing as it is flat and will either sit horizontal or vertical based on the tab location in the housing. That would concern me as well. Maybe, try both and see which one gives you the best light pattern. The seller should know which direction the actual LED segment sits inside the lamp housing, it seems. If you don't get an answer from them, yes I agree you probably should send them back. Good luck!
Thank you all for all your input
When I called them, they had no idea.
I was sure that there would be a simple answer from them, not to be.
I am going to send them back.
I've had the opportunity to play with several lighting scenarios. As for LEDs, the Morimoto Powerstroke 2.0/3.0 work the best. Due to the oddball housings of the CF, you will need to file/grind a little on the aluminum housing of the bulb to fit the high beam side. I have have these bulbs in all four housings. However, all that being said, I would go with a quality HID in the low beam, and the LEDs in the high beam. This seems to be the best overall combination. This is our setup in two different CFs in our current possession.
I seem to recall someone compiled a list of LasFit part numbers for all the LEDs that fit the Crossfire. It may be on Facebook, but I've left that venue and won't be going back.
My local shop is happy to handle the installation, but I have to bring them the lights.
If someone here has that list or knows where it can be found in this Forum, please pass along that information.
Yes, I've been searching through several threads before resorting to asking this fine gatheirng of Crossfire owners for a little help.
