Default NO HI beams

No High Beam lights
Fuses are good; have low-beams and fog lights.
No "HI beam light indicator" in dash
Most likely problem?
Thanks, Bill

The hi beam flash failure is most likely the internal contacts of the Combination Switch being worn and dirty. Not being able to turn on your high beams is probably dirty and worn internal Combination switch contacts and/or the Illumination Module not supplying 12V to the Hi beam circuit.

One thing to try is "flash to pass", that is, if you pull the arm towards you, do the high beams come on? If they do but regular high beams do not work, then fuse 32 is blown OR the multifunction switch is bad.

If Flash to pass does not work either, I'd look at fuses 3 and 5 on the ICM (Fuses on end of instrument panel, below the cover that you access by opening the driver's door).

A bad multifunction switch generally fails on one side or the other. If NEITHER function lights the lights, I'd suspect trouble elsewhere.
If you had airbag or steering wheel (clockspring) work done, I'd suspect the connector to the multifunction switch did not get plugged in all the way when they finished work.
