What is going on with the posts and their pictures? Seems they are going byebye? Case in point, there was a picture as a 'quoted' reply to Franc in my post 'reply' 1404, it is gone now (including his original picture). Also, I just noticed Franc has no text in two of his posts? Is the site having trouble?

Tom, who does all the “editing out” of offensive posts at a Car Forum, finally decided to tie the knot with his longtime girlfriend. One evening, after the honeymoon, he was cleaning his Crossfire for an upcoming Tail of the Dragon.

His wife was standing there at the bench watching him. After a long period of silence she finally speaks. ‟Honey, I’ve just been thinking, now that we’re married maybe it is time you quit spending all your time out here in the garage and just consider selling that thing.

Tom gets this horrified look on his face. She says, ”Darling, what’s wrong?‟

”There for a minute you were starting to sound like my ex-wife.‟

”Ex-wife!‟, she screams, ”YOU NEVER TOLD ME YOU WERE MARRIED BEFORE!!!!!!!‟

Tom’s reply: ”I wasn’t‟.

 

 

 

I'd say he has had a few too many cold snacks.

To err is human, to be forgiven is against Air Force Policy (used that in the late 70's when I had an AH for a shop NCOIC). I got the biggest thrill posting that all over the place and it drove that particular NCO crazy mad to no end. Years later, I told him it was me (we ran into each other in Germany while waiting for military flights), and he never believed it. Glad I never got stationed with him again.


So, it appears those few posts were 'removed' (don't want to day 'deleted' as that has a negative connotation...)? Hope the site doesn't turn into something like FB or yahell (where they remove comments unless it followed someone's idea of appropriate), and the other outlets/forums involved with pulling posts because it may offend some. To date, at least, this site was sort of immune to the trending wave of sensitivity. Talk about steering the ship in a circle? Maybe someone could tell me what was offensive to someone, that got the above mentioned postings 'removed'. Msg if you don't wish the general membership to see it. Here is to hoping what is in this post, isn't deemed offensive or a violation of the TOS...
