All you wimps are complaining about the cold and keeping your Crossies off the road. Mine loves this cold dense air.

10F here this morning and dry roads. WOW what a kick in the butt meter.

This is why the good Lord invented heated seats!

I have an Uncle who winters in Fla. and I'm starting to understand why. He has invited me to visit, maybe I'll do a cousin Eddie and go in Nov. and return in late March. LOL

Yep.. that price tag means I can deal with 3-4 months of cooler weather.. That extra 350K buys lots of warm vacation time..

I hear ya Franc! Mine loves it.. but we got hit with the snow and ice, so she's had the week off..

Wife lost her's heading home last Thursday when it moved in. On ramp..tail started one way..she over corrected and swung back the other way.. Fortunately no cars near and she just bumped it over a low curbing at low speed. Scared the hell out of her, but she eased it off and turtled home at 35 mph on the Turnpike. Will admit the car had "new tires" from the sales lot.. haven't even looked at the brand online.. but you know they didn't throw "good" tires on it.
Avalanche (LOVE that 4WHD!) and her Tahoe have been on deck this week..

Well up here in Beautiful Vancouver British Columbia we had 4 days in a row that never got above freezing - first time in ten years that it's been that cold for that long! Even had to shovel the driveway but only an inch of snow before the rains came .... prefer to see the white stuff on the mountains and keep the salt off the roads down here.

Ice and mountains....they don't mix well.... suppose to get to 32, then snow tonight. XF's won't see that weather....not even to play with the new grilles when they get here. I have to paint them anyway. So, it has to warm a bit for that to happen. My buddies paint shop is full from the 1st snow of the season...lol Company Christmas party tonight and tomorrow night, so I will find a drink a 2 to warm the body....stay warm you all, except those from the sunshine state. You stay cool....

Surprise climate is about the same as Phoenix (just to the east). I'd suggest checking into state and local taxes first, they can be a Surprise.

My sister lives near Bixbee and while the temperatures are mild ("its a dry heat"), my throat does not like the lack of humidity.

Have ruminated about moving to the west coast around Cedar Key, Orlando is getting a bit too large for my taste and I find myself not doing things because of the traffic. Trouble is that it would take a couple of semis to move and is hard to find a place with 2,000 feet of house and 2,000 feet of garage (have always wanted a fire station, think it would be ideal for my lifestyle).

Spent five years living in Anderson IN and remember winters I thought I would never get warm. Used to go up on the catwalks above the molten aluminum pots trying.

Todays high is around 75* and partly cloudy

Might get a spot of rain tomorrow

Then sunny and mid 70's the rest of the week.

Everyday is a Crossfire day - or a motorcycle day - depending on the mood.
