Fiona update
All is well on the north coast of Puerto Rico. It's still raining with almost no wind. The southern half of the island got hit pretty hard from what I can gather. Power generation on the island collapsed yesterday at 1 PM. So far they have restored 100,000 (people) of 3,000,000. No water at this time either. I imagine the water will be restored soon. It's a priority so they'll get electricity first. My little generator is singing away keeping the beer cold to combat the stifling humidity. (internet up also) I'm dripping as I type. Post hurricane hours are the longest, wettest, most miserable. So much to do and no way to get it done. The SRT-6 is safe so don't be asking for parts. Vultures! Anyway, happy times in the tropics is always September. I'll check back when I have something more to report.

Re: Fiona update
Still without electricity. FEMA has arrived and activated their protocols. No one can get diesel. The rumor is FEMA's protocols are the reason for this. There are 300,000 barrels of diesel on a ship in the southern port. I don't know. But running low on diesel for the emergency plants means they're only run a few hours a day. Lots of stairs in the dark. Fun times.
