Default New owner door lock toggle question

2005 new owner. Is the interior door lock toggle supposed to be soft or click? Want to check before I start pulling and replacing anything

Also do the locks normally open and close slowly or might I have a leak?

They are rather quiet, if that is what you mean by "soft or click".
And they don't ZAP up or down, they are kinda graceful.

I dont think you have a problem. What you need to do, is go to the Dragon, Woodward or some other gathering and hang out with other owners - the experience of being around other owners and other cars teaches a lot.

Thanks. I have looked into that. I am in CT and don't see much up here but I keep looking.

What about the switch for the door locks? It doesn't click like the other switches. It works fine but it is soft like a cushioned feeling when pressing it for lock or unlock.

That is fine, no worries.
