I have "Skeel" or High pitch sound coming from the vents when I put on the a/c. It shuts off when I am only using the vents.
It sounds like a vacuum leeks. Is there any vacuum relay under the dashboard ?

When was the last time the cabin filter was changed?

 

Sounds like leaf debris in the squirrel cage blower to me. Raise hood, remove all the torx screws that hold the plastic cover under the wipers, and pull it free.
Then, vacuum the blower and passages out under there. My Graphite got to making noises and when the guy put the new windshield in, he saw the crap and cleaned it out for me.

No more noise.

Take in consideration that the car is in storage all winter long.

There are vacuum valves under and behind the dash, one is under the glove box. Finding the leak maybe be a problem. The valves work without air blowing in the system and this should help.
