Default Leather seat restoration

Has anyone used a leather restoration liquid that actually works and doesn't peel? If you did what brand was it? I'd like to do something before it starts tearing.

I have leather conditioner but want a leather restorer. It's a coating that fills in all the cracks to strengthen and make it look almost new!

Go to leather dye and then Chrysler Crossfire. It is a great match.

For seat damage like you've showed us, my recommendation would be Leatherique Restoration Products (CLICK). It's been quite a few years since I used their leather restoration products, but when I did use them on the Driver's seat of the 1986 Merkur XR4Ti I had back then, the seat looked brand new when I got finished. If I had to do this again, I'd probably call a Leather Restoration Service to come to the house & do the work on my seat(s). Takes a lot of effort & care to do this right. I don't have the patience anymore. (Note: Leatherique was recommended to me by members of the Foothills British Car Club of SC.)

Whatever you decide, I'd recommend treating the leather seats/interior with a good Leather Cleaner & Conditioner. I'm partial to the products from Lexol. You can get their Leather Care Kit (

) from Amazon. I use their Leather Cleaner & Conditioner 2x/year on the Crossfire seats; once in the spring before hot weather sets in & once in the fall before cold weather sets in. And the seats in my Coupe still look 'factory fresh'.

I've never used the products from Seat Doctors. But their website offers up good performing products with good results. Again, with the wear & tear on your seat, the effort is tedious & takes time to get 'like new' results.

Good luck on whatever path forward you take.
