Oops - I just noticed the show is on the 12th, not Sunday the 13th. I have to work on the 12th....nevermind...you folks have a good time!

Winston, John, Bruce and Mark

I'll make it out to the wheels and wings...I am planning to get to Osceola by 11:00 am - quite a drive from the twin cities

Winston, between the two of us, it looks like we're going to have at least two '07 base coupes at the show!

Is there a good place to meet up for the XF owners (regardless of whether they're taking their XF's or not? )

Thanks for the reply Sonor. I have never been up there, to previous shows, so have no idea where to park or anything like that. that's about the time my wife Stacy and i will get there, we're planning on leaving the cities about 9 I'd guess, from Apple Valley.

Keep in mind they get about 1000 cars there and the earlier you get there the better the parking place. By 9:00 or 9:30 it's begining to get crowded. By 11:00 you'll be parking quite a distance from the bulk of the cars. I'm bringing the DeLorean and because of it's roots with Lotus they include it in their group. I meet them for breakfast early and we try to get to W&W's before 9:00. This is one of the larger car gatherings of the year and rumor has it it may be the last year as Classic Motor Books was sold over a year ago and the warehouse is moving to Minneapolis. The neat thing about this is the variety of cars. So many local car shows are all 50's and 60's with street rods thrown in. At Wheels and Wings you get those but there are also a lot of exotic cars you don't see that often. The other thing is the book sale which offers ton's of automotive and military books at prices as low as 50% off.

I looked at the weather report tonight- not sure if I'm going to drive the SRT-6 to the show or not, but I'm still going with my wife. Why don't we meet by Bruce's DeLorean around 1:00 P.M?

Haven't been on the forum in awhile. As you all remember, I had a "hit and run" on my driver's door June 31st. Today I was rear-ended and totally messed up my front and rear bumpers, trunk, and grille. Having bad luck.

Hi Nain - I noticed that was your first post. Are you new to the forum - and new to a Crossfire? Anyway, welcome aboard! By the way, I'm still waiting to hear if we're getting together tomorrow around noon.

Thread is here

I'm in Shakopee, Winstonscifi is in plymouth and Delornut is in Forest Lake. I'm game for meeting anywhere. Jjim Dyrdahl, If you decide to come down, you've got food and drinks on me if you decide to come down from Alexandria. I'm thinking Stillwater because there are plenty of nice windy roads over in that area and the view of the river is a great place to sit and talk about cars but I'm open to suggestions from everyone.

My number is 952-292-4477. Feel free to call me so we can put this together.

Go Crossfires, Go!

Hey, there's a nice bar in Stillwater - we can sit outside and maybe park our cars so we can see them. How about noon to one o'clock in downtown Stillwater today? My cell phone number is 612 802 - 0587.

It has new bumpers and a chrome grille now. Which is a good thing because the front was scraped underneath from a parking stopper.

If you're referring to the Stillwater meet post, that was last month.
