Default Crossfire leaves Northeast Ohio

Hello everyone! I saw the post from the other new member and titled mine out of a funny coincidence. My car is on a truck headed from Cleveland, Ohio to Portland, Oregon. So, yes I'm a new member, but the car was in the family for about 5 years now. I inherited my Dad's 2007 Crossfire base model, 6sp, hardtop upon his passing last November. It has just over 5k miles on it IIRC. Lowest mileage award? He bought it about 5 years ago with just over 2k miles on it. He was the second owner and found it listed in the Plain Dealer by the wife of a guy that bought it new and was selling his collection when he passed away. Joined the forums to get some info on the cars. Going to do the basic 15 year old car maintenance on it when it arrives and put it into service as my wife's summer car. Here's a picture of it loaded on the truck at pickup from my brother's garage. The Mk3 Jetta TDI in front of it was also my dad's and is headed this way. It's a '98 with only 55k miles. I'll be around reading up on things.

She arrived safe and dirty after a 24xx mile journey. Cars were dropped off Saturday and I got them emissions tested before they closed. New tires put on the Crossfire, still had the original 15 year old tires on it, also on Saturday. Spent Sunday cleaning her up, changed all the fluids and replaced the spongy brake lines. Took her and got plates on Monday and handed the keys to my wife to climb in and out of it. The car had more miles than I realized, but still stupid low. It was around 6280 when it arrived. Turned 6300 while running around.

It's condition matches the extremely low mileage. Looks stunning!

Great looking car. Did you get new pressure sensers while tires were off? They cannot be cloned if a battery dies. Enjoy!

I didn't even think about that. Actually stupid of me considering I just replaced 3 in 2 Subaru's I have that are slightly newer than this car. I'm sure it will pop up soon enough with the age.
