Some of these shows are interesting, I like how the flyers are going, and glad we have a date and location set in stone............sorry i missed the back and forth, the Buckeyes were on TV.......and the Plymouth needed some attention hahaha

 

No need in two of us doing this so I'll step off and let Jason handle it I guess. They have more spohisticated software to work with.

I had some time took over yours and mine and I think we can get the best of both worlds together here and get in the missing information and sponsor logos you need....if you dont mind I'll post in the am and we can all look at it.
I loved the various wheels, but see that they may just be too much on the sheet - it's too busy with them and I like the cleaner look you offered up...would just like to see a couple changes if we can.

 

That sounds great! Two heads (or in this case three) are better than one... I took a LOT in influence from your flyers so keep the ideas coming. And my lady and I loved the wheel photo idea but, we have way too much info to put in with out it being to jumbled. I'm still working on it but if we really do have that many sponsors we'll find space (are there any that need to be larger than others). I just got done working 13hrs so I'm eating and going to bed tonight and will await your post tomorrow and work on it then.

 

SEMA, SAN, CHRYSLER, CICCI AND SRT6 are all required because COM has members in each individual entity. NEEDSWINGS and ADAMS are sponsors of CICCI therefore affiliated with COM. RockAuto, Hagerty, JPC and SUMMIT are sponsors Jason brought on board. I believe good bag items are forthcoming from each business. Hope that clears up any confusion.

 

I like them all but prefer #3. If possible can the "winery's box" be a different color (oh I dont know maybe burgandy or red) so that it stands out from the Crossfire bluish background?

OK...here is a combination of Jason and my work so far.
Jason I kept the car heading left and deeper in color so the script shows up better against the background, as it has been brought up that some people might want to print out black and white copies also. All the sponsors should be here, and visable, that was another concern. I took out the screened background under the date and location as I thought it just looked better without it. I also highlighted the location as Chas asked for - color can be changed if we want. Softened corners on all panels, added the disclaimer at the bottom of registration form and tidied up...your gal will be able to do any final cleanup I think.
Right now guys, the only think we seem to need for the content is the person and address and "checks payable to" info. Please guys, check for spelling and any other errors you might see that we missed. Make sure we have right awards listed...etc. Jason (04fire) I will send a copy of this to you via your email address along with the creation document through yousendit.com so you can pull any images and the sponsors off that - it's too large to send reg email.

Looks good to me. the only thing I ask is please take my last name off the flyer. "Jason" and then my number will be fine. Im still checking into us being a non-profit. ive contacted people that helped set up CICCI to see what we need to do. it is a confusing and maybe an expensive process.

You guys (and gal) did a great job. Please review the below listed motions. If either person declines to be mentioned in the motion please post your descent.

Jason, I am staying at the hampton inn with the club in carlisle.

Looks Great. Just a couple thoughts.

- I think we should make the language noting the complementary wine tasting pop more than it does. It's pretty subtle now. Maybe a colored starburst next to the box that housed the language. Also, may want to make the color of the text something different -- or white like the other lettering. I would standad out better. At minimum, a starburst next to the box should help.

- Shouldn't we have a date for pre-registration to be in by --- and also a slightly higher fee for on-siter registration? $17, $20? Some kind of incentive to pre-register?

Other than that, I'm looking forward to having our final ready to go.
