This set me back a bit $$ so I would ask everyone to pony up the $15 for them at the show if you still want one.... if not I will sell them to the first guys with cash in hand ... I got a couple extras in case some people want one that were not at the meeting yesterday.
Thanks David I'll bring money to show for you.

Dave Call back and get squared away with your rate. I talked to Theresa this morning and she told me that there are plenty of rooms available at the Crossfie rate. Asked for Theresa.

I talked to Cindy (snack lady) she will be at the show around 9am to get set up. it will not take her long. she is self contained. she just wanted to make sure she has enough room to park her car with her table. I said it shouldnt be a problem, she has a table, canopy and her car. really the same things as anyone else that shows up.

SRT BBQ

Sunday august 5th 10m-??. 10840 Williamson Lane, Cockeysville, Maryland 21030

Open to all SRT/Mopar drivers and enthusiasts. Come out and show off your ride, talk to other SRT fans, and barbecue! Feel free to bring your own food, drinks, and even grill! They will supply a few grills for people to use.

this is a great chance for us to target a SRT/Mopar only group.

Not likely to be able to make it. I'll just be getting home from vacation and will need to regroup and also get things ready (signs, pick up the 20 case of water, etc.) for the Car Show. If I'm ahead of schedule, I'll try to make it. I don't have an SRT but ............I do have a Mercedes Mopor

I would like to join you guys Sunday for the SRT/MOPAR cookout thing. I don't have a grill but If someone else does I can bring brats and dogs and some potatoe salad.

From what I have read, we are meeting at 10:30 AM at the Park and Ride on Shawan Road which is out front of the Wegmans and Avenue parking lot....is that right?

Great. How the plaques coming?

I'm likely going to try to pick up the water from Wegmans on Sunday. I'm going to print the signs on Saturday.

As far as music, I have 2 stereos. One works perfectly but I don't think it has enough power. The other has plenty of power but CD player seems to be on the blink. I'm going to double check this weekend. I may hook up the FM transmitter to just play the primary music through that.

Any update on registrations????
