I'll check my schedule and see if I can go and get back with you later. Chantilly's not all that far away for me and if I'm open I'll try and make it.

I emailed the new member, I still have club stickers, so i'll send him a couple of those. then the ID card once we get them.

Ok, im thinking we can start on our flyer, based on last year's flyer. maybe a new picture, the entry fee will be $10 for preregistration and $15 day of show. same as last year JB seafood will give a donation to the charity as their entry fee, if any dealerships want to bring a car, they can for registration fee. top 20 awards, participent pick. no need to announce club pick on the flyer. no need to include an area for class, since we will not have them. everyone gets one number. all we need to collect from the people will be name, car, club, address Email address. once we get the flyers done we can email them out to who we have on file. the sooner we get this done the sooner i can contact the national vendors about goodies.

Home Depot has tool pouches (like the employees wear) for like $1 I'll pick up 10 of them to give to everyone. that way if your taking money, or entry forms, passing out things, whatever at least you have some extra pockets.

ummmmmm DC Moderm Mopar Brunch, Baltimore Auto Show, Spring Club meeting......March 30th or April 6th. and we need a location. thats about all i can think of for now.

Either day is fine April 6th or March 30th, I have spoke with my wife and she has graciously agreed to open up our house for the meeting, if people would like to come up to the house.

Agree, let's get going but let's make sure our flyer has all the necessary info to make it the best draw for the show possible. I have a kettlecorn guy, we need to still profile the free wine tasting (even more than last year), etc. etc. etc. Anyway, we have a great foundation from which to work off of from last year and we can simplify in some ways and use that as an opportunity to add other import draws to help with registration and attendance.

May want to see if other members want COM shirts as well and get on those sooner rather than later. It was nice to have our club all in the club shirts.

More later but I think it's great we are getting an early start.

As far as the dates of March 30 or April 6th, I'll get back on my availability. Have to check on school / spring break calendars. Those of us who have kids have to be sensitive to that.

ok so i went back and looked to be sure, but our spring meeting was the first weekend of March last year. We need all board members to attend this meeting. also anyone that can commit to working the August car show need to attend so they can choose the jobs they want to do. I know its early, but since this is at a member's house we need to tie down a date ASAP.

I vote on April 6. Gives everyone a little time to get their act together. Please forward to me any and all items that you would like to be discussed. I will have meeting agendas available at the meeting .

Dave, which day is better for you and Jeri. Pres....the host determines the date/time and the members attend accordingly. (Unless the member decides to host the meeting).

All items that we want tabled at the next meeting must be sent to me no later than March 7, 2013. This will allow me to have meeting sheets available for the board members. Thanks for everyone's attention to this detail!

Either day works for myself and Gerrie, but since we already have 1 vote for April 6, let's go with it.
If anyone is interested in chaning their oil during the meeting please bring oil and filter I have a pump to remove the oil from dip stick, and a warm garage if needed.
