Default Motorcycle Hits Deer at 85mph

Check out this video. They posted it up on the Chicagoland SRT Club forum so I thought i'd post it up here too, you have to see this. A GSXR 1000 hits a deer at 85mph and somehow does not crash...Ridiculous.

Wow! Good save and on a long turn.
Go to 5:50 to see the hit and then a slow-mo.

Anyone know how to download a Utube file to your PC? Utube is blocked at work but I want to put this on a memory stick.

KeepVid: Download and save any video from Youtube, Dailymotion, Metacafe, iFilm and more!

Just enter the URL for the video and it will save it to your PC.

I've used it before and it works well.

URL: YouTube - Motorcycle Hits Deer @ 85 mph, Helmet Cam 6-28-09

EDIT: Since it shows you the title, just right-click and hit properties and it will show you the YouTube URL.

I am not a motorcycle person at all... I would definitely prefer to stick to 4 wheels. This didn't help those thoughts at all... I know some guys on here like VALK and KITFOX are two wheel friendly...this is crazy.

p.s. ask jake (loungn14) i've laid down a bike...standing still...which is impressive.

Thank god this guy didn't crash, but it was precisely the angular momentum of his front wheel (gyroscope) that resisted response to the external torque of hitting a deer.

Weird, isn't it? ... physics is our friend.
