Tucker convertible ???
When I was a kid I use to get photo's of the Tucker confused with the Studebakers of that era. I wonder if the Tucker would have taken its styling theme down that road.
Those early 50's and early 60's Studebakers had some pretty innovative styling.
My Dad (being a car nut) always had a lot of admiration for the Tucker.

Great story and it looks like it will be worth a big buck to someone who will accept the limited documentation. I am hoping my "first known production crossfire roadster" will just depreciate slower!
I just saw a tucker at a car show in Hilton Head SC a few months back:

It's surprisingly roomy inside and the engine was down lower than one would think.
