Zero Emissions No Noise

A low priced electric car that could be driven at 70 mph on a freeway for at least 100 miles would sell anywhere! I wonder what the technical specs on the Zen car are in comparison to the Nissan Leaf?

That's a low emission vehicle, but not a Zero emission vehicle -unless your electricity comes from hydro and nuclear ONLY. Which is not the case anywhere, AFAIK.

You could put solar panels on the roof and plug it in overnite. Right?
