what are the dates Danny....I have a wedding to go to Oct 1 &2....and am planning a trip to GA.....in early November....so dates please...

 

From the Texas Mile website: "The next Texas Mile event will be held October 22-14, 2010."

They must have meant 22-24.

 

thanks...that is close to the GA...thing...I will have to decide...depends if the wifey can get vacation time by then....if she can't go to GA, maybe I can go to TX....lol

 

Hi Danny - count me and Sue in! I've been wanting to go to the Texas Mile for a while now - this is the perfect opportunity...We'll probably leave to come down early Friday and have to head back on Sunday.

Let us know if you group hotel accommodations are set up or if you need anything from us.

 

Count me in, I would love to do the mile. I've seen the videos and looks awsome. As a drag racer I just can't get the Crossfire to a satisfying speed in 1/4 mile so a mile should be great.

 

Sounds good, i think we can make have a great gtg here! Its all about good people, fast , beautiful cars all having a good time. I may not bring my xfire . May bring a trailer with a golf cart, generator, canopy. tables grill etc and make a weekend of it. There is interest from others areas to join us!

I was just looking at their 200 mph club Excel spreadsheet.... 256 on a motorcycle!!! Entirely too fast for two wheels. Insane! May have to check this out 1st hand...

 

work just gave me a long project, so I will be trucking all through October into November....so count me out on anything the rest of this year....looks like spring before we will be doing anything with cars...can't pass up the work....but, you guys enjoy

Just curious, what kind of speeds did you guys manage there at the Texas Mile?

 

How fast did the SRT and limited go? Please post because I would like to catch the next event with you guys.
