Default Where is the bottom coolant level in the tank?

I'd like to know where the bottom coolant level (Cold) is in the coolant recovery tank above the left wheel well. I keep getting a nuisance light on the dash for the coolant level . It's starting to **** me off because my temp gauge never goes past half-way but at the same time it worries me. I look down into the coolant tank from the fill port and see a flange that sticks out from the rear of the aft inboard section of the tank that might be a minimum level. Does anyone know what the level is supposed to be in the coolant recovery tank to not spark the warning light?

There is a mark on the outside of the tank that shows the proper level. Interestingly enough this info does not appear to be in the owner's manual. I found it in the service manual.

On a separate note, the service manual also states that the radiator side tanks are plastic, not brass:
The Crossfire has a cross flow type radiator (4) with plastic side tanks (3).
Plastic tanks, while stronger than brass, are subject to damage by impact, such as from tools or wrenches. Handle radiator with care.
