have the capability in work to bore out the standard throttle body to 74mm but do you need to bore the whole depth and replace butterfly or is it just restricted on the intake or manifold? If so is it an easy job getting/replacing the butterfly?

Does anybody know if these 74mm throttle bodies are still available? TVT no longer lists them on their Web site and had not replied to my inquiries. Thank you.

I have a used 74 mm TB off a 2000 MB S500 V8 PN A1131410025 that I was planning to list in the FS section.
You need to swap the electronics on that TB with the ones on your stocker.

Willing to sale for same price as TVT $150 with free shipping.
PM if interested

SOLD

It is fairly straight forward, but I would not undertake it unless I knew what I was doing. It's not Plug and Play by any means. I don't want our name linked to this product that is not going to work cause the customer can't do the electrical part.

I understand you want some worth to what you are saying, but until you've done it you can't really say its straight forward.

It won't fit on the manifold. I suggest you sell it. Different bolt pattern and the hole in the manifold is only big enough for the 74mm.
