Radio changing stations on its own

I like all kinds of music, just not country. I cant get into it no matter what. I love jazz, old school hip hip (when it was about beats and lyrical talent, not all this what i have bs...) anything metal/rock... i will listen to anything but country

well, the new stuff I absolutely hate. Theres no meaning or feeling behind it. Its all commercial b.s.
the old stuff was about who was a better lyricist, not how much money you had, etc.

Theres some pretty good stuff from north africa. look up exodus quartet. i like them

Your radio (most likely the NAV version) can be set/unset to automatically switch to the strongest Traffic Announcement channel. The radio is informed to switch through the Radio Data Syste (RDS) signal.
I have this function on mine and, without the manual in front of me, I can't tell you the exact procedure.
Look for either TA or TP in the options to turn this off.
