New mods something Isnt right need help
In the last two weeks I added three new mods to my car all pretty Stright forward things but my car is acting up any input would be great. First I did a tune from eurocharge everything seemed great the car reved a lot quicker and didn't feel as bogged down when I got on it and the clutch felt a lot better, then about a week later I added a 74mm throttle body which seemed to bolt on and plug in with no problems and a NW intake at the same time. On start up the car reved but wouldn't come back down so I shut it off and restarted it and it seemed fine but my tune didn't seem to be there anymore, it seemed bogged down and the clutch felt the same again. The next day I drove it to work and at an idle it would rev about 500rpm so I pulled the batt to reset everything and then my tune came back but it was still revving weird so I pulled the maf sensor out and made sure it was in tight and clipped together good then it seemed to be good again but it revved up for on reason later that day and wouldn't drop back down besides that one time it was good now this morning my tune seems to be gone again? Any ideas I got my intake and throttle body used so I didn't have an instructions but it all seemed pretty Stright forward idk tho?

You have a leak somewhere. My guess would be the throttle body, loose hose maybe, but that's the area you should look since the symptoms started after changing it.

Suggestion: Pull off the throttle body and put back the old one, resetting the everything with the battery disconnected during the swap. Then try it out and see if the symptoms persist. If not, then it's the new TB. Simple process of elimination.
That's a good idea. I read somewhere how easy the throttle body gasket gets messed up so be careful and take a good look at it when you get it apart.

I have experience in this and based on what im hearing its yor throttle body gasket. its a very cheap thing ( under five bucks if i remeber right) but the trouble of it is that you most likley have to order one and that takes days.

Regardless of what it is, it is the classic sign of a leak...I wouldn't have done the tune until all modding is done...anyway...I would do as suggested above...or, just take everything back off, check the gasket, check fitment, put it back on..but something didn't line up or seal for sure, also look at all you hose connections, even the one's you thought you didn't touch,,lol...Good luck with it...

The O-ring is #2-151(Viton) 3 3/16" OD x 3" ID x 3/32 Dia.
Chrysler charged me $15 for it, at an industrial suppler it should be a couple of dollars max.
The Chrysler part number is in the photo below.
The Mercedes #3059970345

I have a EuroCharged tune planned for next week. There are currently no mods to my motor except K&N filters. I have purchased a used 74mm TB as well and it will not arrive in time for the tune. I'm part of a group tune being done remotely over the Internet and the timing for things just won't work out. And so, I asked about the potential to do a future re-tune after the TB is installed and what the cost would be for that.
The EuroCharged folks are just awesome and the refrain of their customers is absolutely true. They told me that as a customer, once my TB was installed a re-tune could be scheduled at a mutually convenient time at no further charge ! How great is THAT!
Once you get the TB installed and the issues corrected, do not hesitate to ask Eurocharged to help out. BTW, that O-ring that 180 has posted above cost me $12 with taxes at my local MB dealer. A little on the high end I know but it was quick and painless and now it's off my to do list.

Did you replace the 'O-ring' on the T/body?
Did you reinstall the two vacuum lines properly?
It's possible that the the NW CAI is now supplying more air than the MAF can adjust to? I'm not sure on that but you would have been better to get the tune after the mods, but I guess you knew that.

Is that something required with a single nw intake?
