damn hood stuck

Default damn hood stuck

so this am i decided to do some regular checkups, i guess i should have waited till tuesday, anyways my damn hood release isnt working last time i closed it i didnt have an issue but this am i pull the release and notta.
has this happened to anyone before or is there some trick i can try
