Default Engine hesitation

In the early PM,soon after the engine is started ..when coming to a stop and the accelerator is depressed, there is a slight hesitation before the car moves??

Try a throttle reset and see if that helps.

Why yes I actually did on CAA4.. "next gas 50 miles"... so I added enough to make a 50/50 blend with my 91 octane to make sure I got to the next station.. LOL.

Oh.. and it was actually 87.. it was all they had unless I wanted to try a little diesel blend..

From reading previous posts on this matter it would appear that no hesitation or knocking was felt or heard.
These cars have anti-knock sensors and the timing is retarded to get rid of pre-ignition. Not good for performance but in a pinch................

If it goes away then it is just a cold engine.
