Don't know when it went up. probably upon reaching 62 MPH. Hasn't come back down.

Check fuse #20, you never know.

And there is a thread where the spoiler was stuck and the owner removed the panels, manually lowered it, and didn't have any issues afterwards.

2004 coupe: I can put the spoiler up with the switch. It goes up but the red light in the switch stays on. I can open & close the hatch then the red light goes out & I can lower the spoiler with the switch. I have also removed the trim over the spoiler motor & tapped on the spoiler motor &
the light goes out & I can then lower the spoiler.
