If this is not a base model, then it may be :
1. no power to the head unit. Remove head unit and check for power at the connector.
( I am assuming this is the primary, cause you didn't say the head unit lights up but makes no sound - IIRC there is also a fuse on the back )
2. no power to the amplifier. Access the amp below the passenger footwell and check for power.
( schematics are in the online service manuals )

If it is a base model, then there is no amplifier.

Thanks I'm sorry I left out the details, no I do not have any power, and my car I believe has the amp. I have the xfinity radio head with four door speakers and the subwoofers behind the seats. The head unit does nothing. Is there any place that sells the keys to access the radio or do they have to be purchased online...?

You get the removal keys at WalMart (and probably about everywhere else.) Mine are SCOSCHE "Ford and Import" Part number DT1.

If there are speakers behind the seats, then you have a Limited (just so you know) and therefore there IS an amp under the passenger's feet.

But if the head has no power, beware there are two fuses. One is in the box at the end of the dash, one is under the hood in the big box on the driver's side. The owner's manual will give you the fuse numbers. There is also a 10 amp fuse in the back of the radio, near the wiring connectors. You may have a hard time finding a new one of those, I think it's one of the oddball-sized "AGC" type fuses.

Location? Some of us have "spare" head units laying around.. just in case you need a test unit.. not looking to toss mine in the mail, but a local drop by could be doable..
