After resealing breather valves, will not fire
I followed the suggested steps to reseal the breather covers. In the process left side hoses were snapped. Parts are on order..after waiting 24 hours I wanted to see if they were sealed. When I tried to start it, turned over a few times, then chocked out. Still have power, but when I turn key, it just hums for a few moments.
I feel like I need to reboot it electrically to have it fire. I welcome any suggestions.

The hum is your fuel pump. By breather covers are you talking about the valve covers? Or the little covers on top of the valve covers? If the hoses feeding the valve covers are missing or broken bad enough it wont start. If they are splitting bad it may start but it will probably die shortly after.
Make sure all hoses are hooked up or plugged, so they don't suck air, make sure you did not unplug an electrical connection. Should crank, but maybe not start. Check battery!!!!
