Johnny, I`m having the same issue in first gear...I was thinking it was electronic related..but the fuel filter could be a cheap fix...I`m gonna try it & keep my fingers crossed...who knows ?

I still get the light bulb but all my lights are working. Car stumbles like a missfire still, and today it stalled out.
Brought new fuel filter installing it friday. And checked for vaccum leaks

New spark plugs pre gapped
Checked vac leaks
No check engine lights

Crank sensor?
Maf sensor?

Have you checked your license plate lights (there are two)? Those are normally missed when checking all of the lights.

Got the light off, it was a brake light that wasnt plugged in right
Then had my fuel filter changed, helped a little with the stumbling. Now it only stumbles until the car warms up

The mech told me it might need bigger injectors because it has cai 74mm throttle body & maf housing with baffles gutted and screens removed and tuned

do the throttle reset and then go drive it hard. see if it recalibrates the throttle control.

Sounds like it could be bad connections in the RCM.

if you have changed the cps and it is shutting down, then I have to agree, time to check out the RCM.... two things can cut power, the CPS and RCM.... A bad coil would create a misfire, or rough idle.... Since you have gutted the maf, that could be some of the idle/accel problems as well....good luck

I have just completed the RCM swap with "tithed1" fast and easy, painless. Check out the TBS stickies for RCM repair.
