Hello I have a base trim 04 Chrysler Crossfire with 94k miles I am having an electrical problem when ever I put my headlights on My 3rd brake light comes on like the standing lights are on. none of the parking lights come on independently like it says in the manual. Also when my lights are switched on and i apply the brakes even if the car is off its as if the car is on I am able to take the car out of park and all the dash lights come one like when you turn the car on Please help this is my first car and I dont know what to do , other than that it runs like a dream and I love this car !!

 

My first thought is a bulb or ground issue. James
