Crossfire will not start!
I did check the RCM and with the key on the engine control relay activated but the fuel pump relay did not. I manually activated it but still no fuel at the rail. I even tried the re-solder fix of the three contacts on the RCM. All fuses are good and there is power to and through all fuses. What do yo mean by an open coil?
Disconnected the crankshaft and camshaft sensors and sprayed contact cleaner (they looked immacualate).
I will have access to a code reader in the next day or two and will check for codes.

Too many for my liking.
Is there any power at the relay contacts?
Hundreds going by the number of relays I've gone through. No official count.
A few have come back. Always because another relay has failed. Thinking about offering to replace all but the horn relay (it ALWAYS looks good) for an additional fee.
Still wondering what's going on with this particular No Start issue.
Keep us informed Bulldog.

Have you considered sourcing a heavier relay for the air pump ?
The simple way is to send tighed1 your RCM for repair!
$30 vs $150
I test, repair/replace bad relays, resolder bad joints AND perform the Me So Horny mod (horn works without the key). Email me for info yo!

Is there power at the contacts? If so the fuel pump is shot or has a problem.
empty tank
clogged filter
broken line ( but I think you'd notice the fuel on the floor )
broken wire to the pump
Naw.
None have come back for another bad air pump relay.
They come in for the air pump relay repair. Get sent back and then year(s) later another relay will fail.
I've noticed the traction, fuel and engine control relays get discolored from heat from use.
Thinking about offering to replace all the relays (-horn. It always looks good) for $50. Should eliminate the RCM as a problem after that.
I have never manually closed the fuel relay, as I have never had one that didn't engage when the switch was turned on, but I HAVE manually closed the air relay, and the pump did run .

OP, I am having the exact same problem. Went to start the car one morning and it would just turn over and over but would not start. After a few attempts, it would start. Later, it would just turn over and over again and not start. I got it to start once and it ran for about 20 seconds then dies. Then it would just turn over and over again but would not start.
One thing I do notice, is that normally, as you turn the key to on before starting the car, you would hear a sound (I assume a fuel pump) sound. But in the times it would not start, I do not hear this sound. Everytime I try to start, if I hear the pump sound before starting, then the car would start, otherwise it will n ot start and the engine just turns over and over again.
Its a 2007 limited roadster and only has 25k miles on it.
Does this sound like the RCM board issue that is discussed here?

Connecting a good gauge on the fuel rail Schrader is easy. need about 40 psi to start. "Cranks but does not start" is a common issue and need to perform triage.
"Starts occasionally" sounds like a bad fuel pump.
ps GM cars have a "prime" wire under the hood. Does a Crossfire ?

Update: I opened up the relay control module and tested the relay manually. I find that if I close the fuel pump relay manually, I can hear the fuel pump prime up (the noise when you first turn the key to on without starting the car, so I think the fuel pump is fine, and its the relay module that is the culprit.
Looking now for a replacement relay control module.

Do you know where I can get a new RCM?
Thanks.

You could send the RCM to Tighed1 and get it overhauled for $30 ? with new relays as required. Who is to say a used replacement is going to be much better. A new after market one is around $120 and up.
