Default Car won't start

Good evening and sorry for any inconvenience! I have an XFire Roadster 2005 limited and am having a very serious problem. Unfortunately here in Greece and especially on the island of Rhodes where I am there is no electronic diagnostic system to see exactly what it has. At first my roof had a malfunction. I tried to open it one day and due to a leak I had not noticed it did not open but it did not close as well. Anyway I closed it manually but it looks like the automatic system is confused and doesnt know were exactly the position of the roof is. and i kept running the car with closed top although the roof top light keeps flashing without doing anything. Anyway we found that there is a leak in a main lift cylinder. Ok so far. I continue to run the car until i order the parts for the roof but i noticed the rear spoiler also button didnt work as well. The spoiler is going up after the 100 km and down again but manually through the button it was not working. But suddenly for 2 weeks now it presented something more serious. While I was on the move the rear spoiler went up and half the lights on the dashboard lit up and as soon as I turned it off in the parking lot the car went dead. After i tried to switch it on again, the battery is activated all the light on the dashboard are up but the starter doesnt seem to move the engine. NOT AT ALL. Like dead. Nor does the starter seem to energize the engine and the rear spoiler gets up and stays there. Sometimes after several attempts it switches on and the car moves regularly but when I switch it off and leave it for a few hours it doesnt switch on and is like dead AGAIN. The spoiler goes up and the car does not respond to anything. I have visited 4-5 of the best car electricians in the area and no one can think of a solution as no electronic diagnosis can be made. I am very sad and very disappointed because I love it so much and I was so happy when I bought it but I am more sad that no solution can be found. Do any of you please have any idea what might be going on? Thank you in advance. All the best!!

Were the relays and solder connections checked out in the RCM?

How was the RCM checked?
You would have to open it and check that two of the middle relays are closed (engaged) with the key in the ON position.
Is that what you see?

The Technisian said RCM is perfectly clear! He reglued those three pins at the back of it the relays and the connections seem fine nothing wrong on the RCM it looks clear.... Actually after that he moved the gear manually from PArking to Neutral by inserting an "allen key" at the right of the gear box and the car switched on!!!! I ve been told that mayby it is Crank Position Sensor! Any ideas on that??

Usually if the CPS Crankshaft Position Sensor is bad the starter will engage and the car will crank, but not start. Your problem sounds like the Traction Control relay is not working properly on the RCM. tighed1 can repair yours, or you can purchase a new one here; Standard Motor Product RCM
