Default P0600 and lots of dash lights

I have a 2007 crossfire with multiple issues, it started with a dead battery I jump started the car and it ran fine the next morning the some thing but this time all my warning light came on
air bag, set belt, water, batter and so on, and the heat quit working and spoiler is up I put a scanner on and got a p 0600 (can't communicate with computer) put a new batter in check all my
grown , check foe loss connation, I pretty much did every thing that I could do , my question is which one of the module could it be , and if I put a new in / use will I need to reprogram it ?

You say you put a new battery in, but you are describing the symptoms of a bad battery.

Start the engine, then use a digital meter and measure the battery voltage - is it above 13.8 volts? If not, the alternator is not charging and you can get symptoms like you describe.
The p0600 is simply telling you the same thing all those lights are telling you - the CAN BUS is compromised and modules are not talking to one another like they should. I doubt you have a bad module anywhere, altho is it possible one failed if there were a lot of swings in system voltage as the battery and\or alternator were dying.

My seat belt module was destroyed when my battery failed. This is why I usually replace batteries at 48 months, but I'd just bought the car and had not looked at how old the battery was. In any event, do not be too quick to assume you have a dead or damaged module, let's make sure the battery/alternator combo is OK first.

It is WINTER, if this car has been driven in the U.P. of Michigan a lot in the past, I'd do the "ground to the block mod" NOW, TODAY, before you do ANYTHING else.
See this link, do either James' or my mod - do this FIRST then let's move on from there.

I found a broken grown wire from the fender wall to the pollution pump, would this be my problem?

That's odd. Our only "pollution pump" is the secondary air injection pump at the front of the engine, it has no ground to the chassis.

The main block ground is a bare cable from the block to the chassis, it's down near the power steering pump, driver's side of engine block - if THAT is what you refer to, then yes, it is an issue.
Again, James and I circumvent that jumper with the mod in the link I provided.

Whoa! Waaaaiiiittttttttttttt a minute here - this has come up before. Several times, actually.

Check EVERY fuse on the RCM. If they are all good, ya gotta take the cover off the RCM and plug it all back in, turn key to on, three relays close and if you dont start the engine, in a few seconds, one relay will open but the other two will stay closed. IF this is not what you see, you have found your problem.

We need @tighed1 to comment. I"ll send him a Facebook message.

He won't answer, he has not been back since May of 2021- he got his answer and left, he did not intend to be part of the community, he was just here to use us. A great number of people never come back to tell us what was wrong, they simply move on and life their life - commonly, they also never really think about what they have learned and therefore don't really learn much from the experience.

I'd bet money it was the RCM. Note that he vanished as soon as the RCM was mentioned.

See, if the 12 volt feed from the RCM that feeds the brake controller fails, you have:
Power brakes, but no ESC.
Power brakes, but no BAS.
No data from the brake controller to drive the speedometer.
No data from the brake controller to tell the BCM the car's speed (so the wing defaults to UP just in case you want to go 145mph).

Pretty simple, as soon as I saw what his FULL symptoms were, it was obvious. Go ahead, try pulling the brake controller fuse on the RCM and try driving the car.

Hey boss I really hope someone here can shed some light on my issue, it all started with the car turning off while driving then not starting not even cranking. Bought a new rcm, didn't fix it...sent my original rcm to dj tighe to have him work his magic on it, got it back and installed and it started and drove again, still having hard time starting half the time on the first try but eventually starts.
The new issue is that once I put the rcm from dj back in I had all the lights related to brakes and abs and check engine light on with the p0600 code thrown and now wing is stuck, no speedometer no abs/traction control etc.so now I'm wondering where to look to fix this issue. Was going to get a new battery for starts and check the grounds...any insight or helpful tips on what and where to look for the cause of this p0600 code will be greatly appreciated.

How old is your battery? If you're not getting the right voltage, the electronics in this car will go crazy and all kinds of weird stuff happens. Even if the battery is new you can still have a dead cell and it won't produce enough voltage.
Also when you disconnect the battery always remove the negative cable first. When installing a battery always put the positive cable on first.
I would suggest that you also check the battery terminals for corrosion and tightness. The terminals on the battery are actually a bit cone shaped and if the connector is not all of the way seated it will ride up the battery terminal and lose contact.
This has happened on my car when I first bought it. Check your ground connections as well.
