heater blower keeps going
i replaced the heater blower resistor a few weeks ago and all was well today went to start car totally flat jump started and fans running on full pelt even with car switched off and key out is it the resistor again
Could post #3 be your issue? Do you have an owner manual?

Sounds to me like you connected the battery hot and ground leads backwards and ruined the new part.
The system is simple: The 'resistor' has five wires: a battery feed and ground feed, two wires running to the motor, and a controller wire.
If the controller wire has voltage on it, the motor runs. If there is no voltage on that lead, the motor won't run - unless the 'resistor' is bad.
