Default Rear glass rubbing

I just recently bought a 05 crossfire sight unseen and while inspecting the hatch i noticed the rear glass rubbing on one side of the chassis and had worn down the paint. I was looking for advice on how to fix this. If not is fine i can drive around without any fixes to it.

Did the seller give you a copy of a Car Fax on this Crossfire? Did you buy this car locally? I agree with amx1397, go to a reliable glass shop and they will tell you the truth about the glass, whether it's been replaced. Your situation has NEVER been discussed on this forum.
Good Luck....

I'd say its a rear hatch alignment issue. It may have had a rear end accident.
