Default Alarm

I've been having trouble with the alarm. It keeps going off with driving the crossfire. Now its sit in the garage with the battery disconnected but when I try to connect the battery the alarm goes off.
I've taken it to the mechanic who is supposedly a topnotch Mercedes Benz for analyses of the problem.

He states that with the top down it someone want to get into the glove box the alarm will go off,,,so that may be the problem.
I was aware of the fact.

So, does anyone else have the problem?

And can the alarm be turn off to never come on again?

And if so,,,,,can you decrible how to do it!

THANK....ALAN

I would just unplug it under the cowl in front of the windshield.

Here's a post I did on replacing the alarm and cleaning the drains. There are a lot of pictures with descriptions. it is a 2 part post.
You should make sure that your drains are clear when you take the windshield wiper cowl off.I hope that this is helpful.
