SRT 6 Crank No Start and 0 RPM reading while cranking
So I got my car running finally and the first time letting the engine warm up, so I took it for a short drive. I killed the engine and started it back up and it started with ease. Soon after, maybe 10 seconds, the rpm's dropped and stuttered so I killed the engine. Now the car will crank but not start. It sounds like the fuel pump is not engaging. To narrow down the issue I hooked up my innova scanner tool to read the live data while cranking. The RPMS stay flat at 0 when I crank the engine and im not seeing any codes. So I replaced the CPS with a new Bosch sensor. With 0 rpm reading and turning off the fuel pump relay, I tried firing it back up and nothing changed. I'm wondering what else could cause a 0 rpm reading during crank, or if I need to take a look back at my installation and test the Ohms and seating of the new sensor I put in.
any information helps, the cars got 52k miles on it and it's an 05 srt 6. It's been sitting for awhile and it got warm for the first time in a couple months. I was on the way to get more coolant and watching the oil temps because it was running a tad bit hotter than normal due to the coolant reservoir running dry after flushing the system.

Also, after cycling the crank and no start, I hear 2 clicks and a constant humming or buzzing while under the hood. They come from around the throttle body/MAF. I have read that this could be due to a bad relay or solenoid but I wanted to hear anyone's input. Another symptom thats going on intermittently is when I turn the key to the on position, I can not shift outside of park. It takes several tries of turning the key off and then on to MAYBE get it to go into neutral. I'm wondering if all of these issues could be from one root cause or if they are more likely separate issues. I have not done anything to the RCM except for make sure the fuel pump fuse looks good... and it does. Any help or thoughts would be much appreciated.
Could it be the RCM even if it is cranking? or is not always the no start no crank scenario if the RCM is bad.
Mine would crank and not start when the RCM failed. I bought a new one and sent the old one to DJ for rebuild and carry it as a spare
Have you experienced your shifter locking in park when the key is on? Could this be a solenoid issue?
