My understanding is the 17 mm “nut” on the face of the NA tensioner gets in the way of the belt
This is why the SRT tensioner doesn’t have that “nut” on the face of the tensioner. The tensioner is released via the pulley bolt stem. The bolt holds the pulley and both the bolt and pulley are different

on the NA you can remove the bolt, on the SRT you cannot remove the bolt stem, the pulley is held in place with a nut on the pulley bolt stem.
if the SRT tensioner bolt stem is loose, the pulley is toast. There is no way to tighten the bolt stem

the tensioners shown on rockauto and autohaus are for the NA

The tensioner listed will not work on the SC Engine.

This is the tensioner for the NA
They are different

I have a spare for the M112K but I’m like every owner of this engine, I would like to access a longer term solution

Thanks GraphiteGhost and UrbanE for the pics and explanations. The problem with the bolt on the SC is that the end where you attach the socket can get distorted.
I've seen this in person. I was helping another member install a pulley saver kit on their SRT6 and we had a hell of a time getting the belt back on.
The previous owner must have used the wrong sized socket or something. Or they didn't re-seat the socket when it started slipping.

One more question, if the bearings in the pulley go bad can you still replace the pully? Are they available?

I could have sworn I saw an SRT for sale somewhere bring a trailer) and it had the N/A tensioner pulley, but as always I could be entirely wrong. Everything that has been said, makes much more sense

Does anyone know how to replace the bearing in the tensioner pulley?

How would one go about removing the one from the tensioner and replacing with this one?

remove belt e10 torx, remove 15mm nut holding pulley on, swap pulleys, torque nut to 15 ft/lbs, reinstall belt
