The blue valve can be seen on the left of the picture partially hidden by some hoses, the clear hose points to it. The air pump itself is in the middle of the photo.

 

Do you offer a replacement program to minimize downtime? I pay, you ship item out, once I get it, I ship you mine to fix and keep ready for the next owner to minimize downtime

better yet, is there a video tutorial on this repair?

Check the RCM and am not seeing corrosion checked the fuse and it's good but I am not getting power to the pump... Any ideas

 

Pretty straightforward.
Pin A-4 of the RCM to the air pump and a ground.
Probably burnt contacts on the relay, that's pretty common.
You can send the RCM module to tighed1 ( DJ ) and he'll do all the fixes including relay replacement for around $25.

I opened up the RCM and I assume if the connections were burned I would be able to see that right?

 

If the RELAY contacts are bad they will be black.

But if the solder pads are fractured, it does not look like CORROSION, it looks like fractures in the solder around the pins as they come thru the board.

Is that picture of the air pump different on a SRT 6

 

The air pump on the SRT is over on the driver's side fender next to the Fan Control Module. Big round black thing that looks like a motor.
It's bigger than the one on the Base/Limited N/As.

On ALL Crossfires, the same relay in the RCM powers it.

 

It looks like a motor because it is one.

 

How about the little blue check valve? On a SRT6 so far i have not been able to find it?

I have replaced the RCM with a repaired one but still no fan this morning. Fan spins when i jumped it with 12 volts.

 

Finally stumbled on this thread. Had CEL on intermittently for years. The dealership couldn't figure it out. Finally, during smog check CEL was on and got P0410 code. The dealership suggested I replace the RCM. This is my only vehicle, so I am wondering what is the recommended non-OEM RCM I can buy to do the replacement myself? Thanks.

 

I bought the following:
Standard Motor Products RY1562 Standard Relay | Autoplicity
It has the same part number as the one in my crossfire.

 

Thanks for the info. The dealership told me it will cost $760 to replace the RCM. Ouch!

Send yours to tighed1 and for $25 you'll get it back as good as new ( or even better, it will have the 'me so horny' mod )

 

ala_xfire, I had wanted to get a new RCM and then send the old one to tighed1 for repair to minimize downtime. I had emailed tighed1 three days ago and did not hear anything, so I thought I should just go get the RCM first. Thanks.
