Hi there

I just bought my first Crossfire yesterday, 2003, light metallic blue, low mileage, FSH, warranty etc etc. Drives like a dream and looks amazing. So glad these fantastic cars have come down in price. I'm amazed there aren't more on the road. How many were made for the UK ?

hope to post regularly on here

cheers

Dan

Hi Dan

Glad your enjoying the Xfire . Not sure about the numbers made for the Uk .

Welcome to the best forum on the net , I think you will see more Xfires on autotrader than on the road . Alot of the Uk are more hung up on MPG than enjoying the ride , Hey more fun for us .

Cheers

Andy

I drove my 2005 base Roaster to a birthday party today. It got a lot of attention. I did not know most of the people there . They were calling me the Crossfire Guy. All the comments were favorable. I am sure more people would own one except for the fact it is two passanger. However that is what makes it special. To quote a phrase PRICELESS

Well, Chrysler have filed for bankruptcy. Hopefully Fiat will close the deal.

I think they have filed for chapter 11 getting billions of dollars from the US and Canadian governments and Fiat has already started transferring billions into Chrysler. Something US companies can do that Uk companies can't, maybe our US cousins can explain the intricacies of Chapter 11 and give the view on Chrsyler from over there ? Anyone able to explain what is going on to us Brits ?

BTW I have established that UK extended warranties are with a bank ( not sure that is much better ! ) and not reliant on Chrysler to be solvent.
