No problems with the 285/35/19 at all

Looks great Valk! I like how they fill the rear wheel wells now, not so much gap. You haven't had them on long enough to judge tire wear yet. Just wondering if anyone else have had these tires any longer. I'm thinking of getting evo's in the spring and was curious how they wear?

70GT6, are those new TPMs or kits for rebuilding the existing TPMs. If the latter, how did they work out? Reason I am asking is I live the the TPM icon and wonder if the kit will eliminate the alarm. BTW, that's a great price. Source? Discount code?

I'm about to have to do the same. A damn pothole jumped up and bit my front left tire the other day. Didn't blow out the tire or bend the rim, but it sure as hell broke the sidewall reinforcement. Now I have a bulge, that's not in my pants.

F. I think I have RoadHazard with Geico so hopefully that will cover it.

They are rebuild kits for the TPS.
Tires ordered from DiscountTireDirect.com. (free shipping & no tax)
Dicount was a one time use since I was a previous customer, was -$100.

Not installed yet - in transit right now.

Just bought fronts for Ashley's SRT through CICCI and Tire rack. Hopefully, the club will get their stipen. $116 @ plus $38 shipping. 1/2 what the Bridgestone's cost.

Installed - just took it for a spin. MUCH nicer ride. Did not push them yet, did not want to slip the mount.
While I was waiting I installed stainless brake lines and changed brake fluid. Also gave a bit of improved brake pedal feel.

Gary, I just got the coup out and the rear tires will need to be changed this year. Are you still happy with your new tires?

Had the Hankook EVOs for over a month. Love these tires. Smooth ride, very quiet, great steering feel.

Absolutely yes !!!
I also went larger on the rear with 285/35/19 tires
A bit taller and wider but no issues with clearance at all.
No way to scuff the rims with these bad boys on the rear now.

You are running stock rims. I am looking at new rims 9.5 in wide in the back (rim doesn't come in 9 in wide)
is 285/35x19 a good choice for these rims?

I have these tires, but in 295/30x19 on a 9.5" rim. This size tire keeps the OEM tire height of 26". No issues with rubbing.

18 x 8 TSW Snetterton Chrome Rims 32 offset

275/35 19" rear
19 x 9.5 TWS Snetterton Chrome Rims 20 offset
