What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Only way I have found to really clean the wheels is to take them off, pressure wash them, then use Grease Lightening or Simple Green or Purple Power or whatever and a good medium stiff bristle brush, followed by a wash with normal car soap and mitt.
Let them dry, use some bug and tar remover, then use some cleaner wax.

I washed my car last October just before I put it away, maybe I'll wash it for the big car show in London in June.
I did a good polish on it the year before, no point in going crazy.
Water= rust in all the hidden spots you just can't dry.
I spend more time keeping it clean under the hood, that's the hard part.

Rode around topless for a bit, and gave the leather a good conditioning with some Lexol... For a 10 year old car, I'd say the interior has held up pretty well! There's some places where the leather is worn in around the left drivers side bolster, and a little stretching of that seat as well. While I was working a 'Vette owner stopped to tell me how much he liked my car, and how hard it was for him to decide between a Corvette and the Crossfire

The whole front end looks great. I've been debating between the billet grill like yours, and the Zunsport grill...

Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Well I didn't do anything to my Crossfire today but I changed the oil and filter on another members Crossfire who lives nearby.
Her name is Dee
I met her last fall when she bought her Crossfire and joined the forum and CICCI
She loves learning about the car and she has also joined us for her first Crossfire GTG last weekend when we did our Chicago Lakefront Cruise.
She asked about where she should get her oil changed and I answered her with "My Garage"
So she came by tonight and I had already picked up the supplies needed.
Spent about 90 minutes and changed the oil and filter and inspected the air filters etc.
She enjoyed watching and learning how it is done
Also reset the FSS and explained how that works too
Another Crossfire friend and happy customer
