MB04XFIRE - Not trying to come across as rude, but you do realize you can consolidate all of what you posted into a single post right? Four back to back posts in the same thread seems a bit excessive....lol.

Not trying to come across as rude or anything but Perhaps there should be a tutorial as to how to stick in more than one pic at a time... As "manage your attachments" doesn't let you manage anything lol
It has 10 spots to add files but only attaches one.. They should get rid of the 9 you can't use or modify it to make it more intuitive...

Thanks.
Cost for the carbon dipping for all those parts was roughly 700 Canadian.
I kept all my original parts painted as they were so I can always swap back to original. So I bought all these components used on eBay, side strakes, grille and complete spoiler assembly and those used parts delivered came to about 750 Canadian.

I'm not trying to be cheap on accessories, but this $30 EZ-LIP spoiler actually turned out better then I expected, and does a nice job of matching a flat black to the rear diffuser.

Cleaned up the XFire this afternoon - Wash & Vacuum. Thinking about going to a car show tomorrow in Anderson, SC at the Jockey Lot.

I haven't had any issues attaching more than 1 file when I post. They all come across as thumbnails and then can be opened up for viewing.

But I've been having other issues with website recently, so maybe some things have changed.

Later,

Hey all! I've gotten around to getting a few parts ordered for the XF in the last few weeks. I replaced the front bearings (not a bad job at all with the right hand tools), ordered a new outside mirror switch, steering stabilizer, and linkage assembly. I fixed the broken window switch cap, and am going to re-finish the painted parts of the center console and center stack. The old silver is getting a bit dull and beat up. Next will be new floor mats and figuring out how to permanently fix the cup holder in the down position.

I took apart the center console today to try and figure out a way to permanently keep the broken cupholder down. I decided there was no good way of doing this. I disassembled the cupholder assembly and saved just the top plate. I am using JB Weld PlasticWeld to secure the top plate of the old cup holder to the surrounding trim. Parchment paper makes for an excellent working surface for this since it will peel right off the sticky jbweld without pulling it off! I started with 4 small pieces of jbweld at the corners, working from the backside first to make sure the top plate lies flat and even with the trim piece. After about an hour, i went to work on the top side, filling in what was left. I cut off a small piece of parchment paper to place over the material I laid down and used this to smooth out the jbweld. I'll let this cure and harden overnight and begin the process of sanding/painting tomorrow.

All you had to do was remove a spring to keep it down. Too late to go back now....

Mine still works (knock on wood), but I purchased the mopar replacement bin off of ebay for $20. I may just swap it anyway, I have no need for a cup holder.

I figured i could just pull out the spring but I figured it would not lay flat once it was back down. At least this way I'll never have to worry about it again!

Seems like a lot of trouble, you should have fitted the little cubby instead just like many others.
Removing the spring and jamming the mrchanism works as well.

Washed, Clayed,Compounded, Polished, & Waxed the Aero Blue roadster using a new Meguiar's MT300 DA and Meguiar's Ultimate line of Polishes & waxes. Best shine the roadster ever had. Also swapped out two old key fobs with new fobs purchased from ebay.
