That's the way they came when I bought them. They only look blue due to the reflection from the paint.
The top rail is facing up basically and yet somehow it reflects blue from the hood.
Light reflects different where you are.
Show us a pic where we can see the silver finish.
I put some new to me wheels on ,
they are 3 piece forged rims by Madina called Spirit , they are made by Asanti in the USA . these were very expensive wheels new .
275 30 20 rear and 245 35 20 front
they have 2 valves per wheel so i put my TPMS sensors on the inside valves out of sight .
here she is, dressed to kill :
note the stainless windshield trim .. and Gloss black grill ..

Now that looks like chrome, no reflection of the black.

Love the chrome on black look and the black wheels. I just refinished my wheels, they were looking pretty ratty, chips, curb rash tire service when getting inspected. They are MRR wheels with a hyper silver finish on the inner spokes and polished alum on the rim. I'm not much for bling on my car (SSB) so I did them completely in hyper silver, available from Duplicolor, through Amazon. I also made new AMG center caps. I made my own diffusers using 1x4 plastic trim board from Home Depot that I had lying around. Total cost, 42 cents for screws, I'll post some pics when I finish with everything.
Drove through the rain which stopped the mystery clunking in my rear end, making me think it is a lubrication issue somewhere. I am going to put something on my shocks that won't damage the seal. Otherwise, raised the back end to stop it rubbing on highway bumps (ramps). Attempted to remove a shock to adjust the firmness and realized I've got no idea how it is attached to the wheel assembly. I removed the bolt and it still wouldn't move. Looked like a sleeve was slipped through the lower control arm and through the shock. But it was solidly in there, I didn't resort to a punch to move it until I could research further. I don't want to take apart the whole trunk lining to access the top of the shock. I don't have finesse for plastic fasteners. Added silicone lubricant to camber arm bushing that likes to make the squeaky bed sound. Bled the brakes which helped with the wheel pulling while slowing to a stop. Will bleed more as brakes are still unresponsive for first 25% of pedal depth.

Here's a couple more pics. You can see clouds reflected in them, so maybe it's the sky making them look blue.

That is better, it looks like chrome now. It has been peeing with rain here now for ages and a blue sky would be welcome.
Your other pics looked like the trim had been painted a body color.
Installed 3rd brake light strobe unit. Used 2 pin waterproof connectors , about a $1 a pair on ebay. Used 2 pair so I can bypass strobe unit if there's a problem. Strobe unit was $3.50 with shipping. Removed electronic trunk latch catch that jams sometimes. Put a little grease on the spoiler rear while I was there.
