Question Car - Dead battery is good

Hi Guys,

I I
had trickle charger on while hibernating the car during winter. One not so fine day I tripped on the cable and connected the + to - and now the car will not show any display at all. I am hoping for the best and thinking a fuse is blown. Does anyone know where to start looking? I bought a multimeter to check the fuse but any guide to right fuse would be really helpful. If it helps the battery was connected with main cables and charger was going on top of it.

Thanks in advance

Still don't understand.

Anyway, the main fuse for the entire system is the 200 amp fuse in the little box next to the battery, it's about the size of a pack of cigarettes. Make sure you have power on both sides of it.
