I am assuming that you cut a hole in the carpet that matched the inner diameter of the fabricated mount and then drilled through the carpet for the mounting screws for the woofer speaker frame.
Then you mounted the speaker cover on top of the mounted speaker.
So, if additional maintenance behind the carpet is required, the midrange woofer needs to be removed before the carpet is pulled away from the back.

Couldn’t figure out why I needed to stop every 90 minutes for. Rest stop break. Then it hit me. The subs were Eviscerating my kidneys.
So, after a lot of looking for material price and machining cost I think it will cost too much to make these. I've looked into 3d printing and had one hand made. I like what I see. Having the other hand made, should have it in a day or two. Going to install this week to hear how they sound and make sure install goes smooth. looking like I should be able to get these made and sell for $150 a pair plus shipping. These are made to fit Kicker CWRT67 subs, may fit others. They take about 13hrs. each to make on the printer. I will need a couple days to make each pair. If everything works, I will try to make some for 8" subs. Here are pictures of the first hand before installation.
I would like to buy two of these mounts or buy the 3D model to print my own. How do I go about doing that?
